This is a fraud company. They talk to you only when tax filing is near and they file the wrong tax return as well. After that, if you reach out to them they will never respond. Big scam company.
I did my taxes with them this year 2023 in February now we're in May and still nothing from my taxes. I have been calling and no one is responding and I have been calling for a couple days.
