I waited nearly two years to write this review, and even now, words hardly capture the depth of my gratitude for Dr. Salem and his entire team. After extensive research to find the best care for my varicose veins, I couldn’t be more grateful that I found him. Unprofessional, I would NEVER allow him to touch a family member of mine ever again. My daughter was admitted to the hospital Sunday morning and a surgical consultation was called for. Sunday…nothing…Monday nothing…Tuesday nothing until he showed up preop at 6p. He performed the surgery then walked out of the hospital without talking to the patient or family. Horrifying experience. After surgery at this clinic, I developed a severe purulent infection. Dr. Yasser Salem completely abandoned my care — he stopped responding, refused to help, and ignored my complications entirely. I received no medical support whatsoever. The clinic is filthy and unsanitary, with basic hygiene protocols clearly violated. It’s no surprise patients end up with infections. Dr Salem is really good. That is why I chose him for my hernia surgery. Be mindful to get your procedure codes in advance & check them with your insurance carrier as well as the location of the surgery before booking a surgery with this team. They do not always check these things for their patients/customers, it’s up to you to make sure if it covered or cosmetic. I reduced one star because of his staff, not him.
Friendly, helpful staff. All the doctors here are very helpful and attentive.
