I took my Yukon into Mile-X last week for a noise in the differential, I was really worried about the cost, I knew it was going to be expensive, but they were able to repair it for much less than I thought, and the customer service was excellent. Bill and Kim were both great to deal with, Kim called to give me an estimate before they started pulling everything apart (the estimate was spot on too, which is rare these days), and when I came to pick the truck up Bill had saved all the old bearings so I could see first hand all ... read more
I have been coming to this shop for many years. Have had a couple cars over the years and with each new car, Bill and his staff have help me to understand what is wrong with my car and how it will be fixed. The work is done in a timely manner the bill is broken down so you can see what parts were need to fix it. Thank you for fix my car and getting me back on the road with a safe reliable car. Will continue to keep coming to this shop.
If you can ever call a breakdown lucky, ours sure was - we overheated a block shy of Milex, and rolled into their lot with boiling coolant in a cloud of steam. Not only did they immediately take us in and repair our car with great professionalism, they also made our entire traveling circus (mom + sister + baby + 100lb lab) feel comfortable camping out in the waiting room through the all-day repairs. Thank you for being the silver lining in our car trouble cloud!
It took me a LONG time find the right mechanic, BUT I finally found the right shop. Bill and Kim are the best! Take your repairs to them! Keep up the good service.
