A wonderful storage service. Don't hesitate to check them out. I suspect that a lot of people rent units under somewhat stressful circumstances. I certainly did. But had the good luck to have Liam get me all set up. He completed the registration very efficiently, then took me on a tour and explained how things worked. Best customer experience at the Midtown location! I had a great time from start to finish, everything was smooth, clear, and stress-free. Hands down to Sam for the outstanding service. Communication was easy, and there were no surprises along the way. Kudos!
Samantha and Eyshanna are the best at this location. Super helpful and just good energy overall. I rely on XYZ storage each winter and once again, am delighted that I kept my belongings here. After four months away, I picked them up just as I had left them. The drive-in access is such a bonus and beats those other storage facilities where you need to leave your car exposed to the elements while moving things.
