Great people and service
Just booked a 10x15 unit at XYZ Weston. One of the best experiences in renting storages. Staff extremely polite, friendly, helpful and super transparent. Shout out to the 2 ladies Shelia & Juddie who were so helpful in getting us a deal for April 1st 2025. Being an advid consumer and renting various storage units from several other storage companies must say the experience with XYZ storage is been by far the Best. Thus the 5 Star Experience. XYZ Canadian Owed far exceeds any of the the other American Owened Storage companies
This is the best storage I’ve ever unit!
Unprofessional staff that won’t inform properly of policies for auction etc. Makes up fees and tries to get any type of money even if it’s not what’s owed. When questioned they just don’t respond back. Be very careful. They are manipulative. It’s not worth the money. Mouse droppings in the unit and pee from something. They genuinely have their heads up their own bodies and don’t see how dirty their facilities are.
