I filed a complaint against them to the Attorney General’s Office in California, add yours if you are a victim so they get what they deserve! Never entrust your box with this fraudulent company. I delivered my box on January 14, 2020 and up to this date, April 12, 2020, it is still undelivered. They will make a lot of excuses and will fool you like you know nothing. Plus worst customer service.
Worse experience, it took a long time to receive the packages from california to davao philippines a lot longer than we expected bec of the holiday and the box has been open and a lot of items are missing. We found out that they dont even have an office in davao when we tried to complain about it. I hoped this wont happen to others especially on christmas.
