Really disappointed I had an appointment here about 3 weeks ago liked what I got booked again about a week in advance on my only day off appointment was confirmed at 9:00 a.m. got in my car about 8:30 and got a text message saying my appointment had been moved to 9:30 so I went back in the house to wait just before I was getting ready to leave at 9:00 I get another text message but my appointment has been canceled no call no explanation nothing this is really poor business. I have been getting my haircut by Pika for a few months now and she is amazing at what she does. She's very professional, kind, and really knows how to make you look your best! Highly recommend her!
