I totally agree with some of the prior reviews on this company they have no business trimming people's trees as you can see in the picture they are removing branches to keep them away from the power lines but they're absolutely devastating the trees and property value. they have no idea how to trim different types of trees they just come in and take the tops out of all the trees one is a magnolia the other one is a Bradford pear. The Bradford pear looks like a giant backwards L now.
They came to Florida for hurricane Debby. Tried to force their way on to private property citing the right to do so because they worked for FPL and governor desantis laws. When the owner of the property let them stay they proceeded to litter on the property like a bunch of barnyard animals. It got so bad that they were hiding old company uniforms under the property owners vehicles. Don't hire these bums.
Xylem is a professional and hard working company. Their employees are diligent and their work is solid. I definitely recommend them as their focus on safety is second to none.
Xylem provided me with an estimate for removal of a large oak tree which contained concrete put there by earlier homeowner. I explained this to their manager, and he duly noted this fact in his written estimate. The removal of this tree was part of a contract involving the removal of a number of other trees. When Xylem removed all but approximately 7-8 feet of the tree, they halted work and left the stump, indicating that their saws could not accommodate the concrete.
