Good beer. Food only provided by food trucks with long lines and long waits for food to be ready. If you are going only for the beer, it's great.
Came from Johnson City for the PB&J Mixtape because the breweries at home run out so fast when they're actually able to get some in. Haven't had any bad beer from Xul, though. The staff were friendly and on it, the building is clean and well kept, lots of seating.

Good news, bad news, worse news, worst news. The good news is the beer here is pretty good. The bad news is that it's ridiculously expensive- like the most expensive beer in Knoxville. I drive by this place every day on the way home from work. I would love to stop in every day and have a beer but I did some quick math tonight and if I only stopped in four nights a week and had one beer it would cost me over $2000 a year.
