I saw Dr. Kong when I was sick, and my regular PCP didn't have any openings. I thought she gave me good explanations for all of her advice, and she answered all of my questions. I was highly satisfied, and I would not hesitate to see her again.

Extremely unqualified. Has repeatedly messed up medication, overprescribes antibiotics, refuses to order necessary diagnostic tests because "ordering a test would require too much paperwork". On top of all this she is rude, unhelpful, and unresponsive. She lacks basic medical knowledge and doesn't even show the willingness to research the medications she prescribes and the conditions her patients show.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kong’s for a few years now and am finally leaving after subpar treatment. During my first visit ever, she walked into the room and looked me up and down and said “you need to eat more vegetables” without having even asked about my diet or looking at my file. During the same visit I asked for her to request hypothyroidism blood tests as I had been monitoring for the condition since I was a kid and was told to get annual tests.
