I will change my review once my issues are settled. I bought an explorer from there about 2 months ago. There were a few issues that were supposed to be taken care of, so I had an “I owe you” slip. I had to cancel my appointment because I ended up with covid so I called and they said call back once I was better. My daughter and I were looking for an upgrade vehicle for her. We looked at the inventory online first then talked with Ryan Johnson at the dealership. Knowing what she preferred helped, but it was nice to have someone to ask questions and the Carfax available was great too. If you’re looking, stop in and talk to Ryan! We appreciated his help!
If you want a personable place to purchase a vehicle or have accessories or just an oil change . This is the go to tires and full service with a warrant they offer if you purchase a vehicle is a no brainer with newer vehicles. It is like having a go to family for your auto needs. Every time I buy something their they are honest good or bad.
Overall nice dealership to buy a car from however the service department is very unprofessional “RJ” specifically I scheduled an appointment a month ahead ready to spend a couple thousand.. Don’t rely on them if you need work done & care about your vehicle unfortunately.
Bought a 2015 duramax with Ryan, was great to work with when I bought the truck. both Ryan and Darrel took care of me. will highly reccommend!
Bought my second truck from Xtreme today. Great experience on both purchases. No pushy sales people.
Sold me a total lemon. In 2-3 months the truck I bought, a $7600 2007 Silverado, blew a CV axle, needs airbag sensors, needs the TPMS system replaced, needs door locks, needs a passenger window motor, o2 sensors, fuel rail sensors, oil sensor, tcase won't shift into 4wd, the exhaust it's falling apart, door speakers are cutting out and the windshield decided to crack in half.
