This company made 2 service calls to my home. I was not present, contractors lockbox on the home. The initial visit I was charged $158 to deinstall a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher & water filter. Fair price. Second service call to reinstall only the faucet, disposal & water filter $557! Knew it was coming. Quoted the exact price she was charged. She is lying about the price change. Called a month later to dispute the price. Check out our reviews on Facebook and Google for honest feedback. She just wants the work done for free, lovely.
After scheduling the appointment a week prior, they maintained communication, especially on the day of service. In addition to text messages regarding appointment, the driver also called with updates. They thoroughly explained the service, status of the tank, provided suggested improvements and maintenance. The Service Tech Michael was professional, polite and informative. Highly recommend Xtreme Plumbing and Septic.

When the techs came out to pump our septic, they informed us our pump was not working. I scheduled an appointment with their plumber. Dalton was exceptional. Instead of trying to sell us a pump that we did not need, he told us what was wrong with the pump and the piping. He fixed the piping which fixed the pump.
