I paid $160 to repair my phone, I left to go shopping and even without dropping it I saw that the phone had another crack on the other side. I immediately called the store to let them know there was a crack on my phone the person said they wouldn’t fix it for free and that I would have to pay them again. It hadn’t been an hour since I had left the store. The person said they would give me a discount to fix the phone and instead of the full price $160 they said they would charge me $100.
