Found Ash number from Google as I was purchasing boat in Sydney and live in WA. Ash was more than helpful , provided great advice and went and checked out boat and straight away gave me an honest opinion about some concerns with the boat. I took his advice which saved me spending big money. I have found another boat in Sydney and first person I rang was Ash and again the service was exemplary and offered his help for whenever needed. Great service and trustworthy
Had my 75hp Merc serviced by Xtreme over a year ago and got a hefty bill with no invoice stating what parts were changed. I've used the boat probably five times and had issues the last couple of times with the alarm sounding. Took it elsewhere today to get it fixed and was told the it had all aftermarket parts and also an incorrect gasket was fitted for the impeller. Also didn't even change the thermostat which had corrosion all over it. Won't be using Xtreme again. Xtremely disappointed with the service and the cost of it.
