I've lived ALL over the country and never had a workout that put me in such TOP shape (not even college cheerleading & that was tough)! Anthony is by far my favorite fitness instructor. I've begged him to open up XTreme Fitness centers across the US because people will be beating down the door to have their butt handed to them by his workouts :)
