We had a remote start installed in our car. I dropped my car off the night before, even though my appointment wasn't until late morning. They called me before their store even opened to tell me it was ready! Fast, good reliable service. They explained everything to me, and I felt very comfortable with their installation and knowledge. We'll definitely use them again!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Whoever answered the phone gave me a quote. I asked several times. When I got there the guy said no way. I understood, but the way he spoke to me was insane. He made comments about this not being walmart. I said I get it but he didn't need to be so mean. He threw the key and said take the car.

Apologies for the misunderstanding on the pricing of our services. Nobody threw any key. The single key was placed on the counter after a unpleasant name calling incident occurred where you were welcomed to take your car elsewhere. Sorry we couldn't help you out in this situation.
I just had the radio/CD player replaced yesterday. Jason did a great job with the installation and the dash kit that was required since the original radio was larger. If I didn't know better I would think that the new radio was original equipment. And the price was less than I thought it would be. Great job, fellas! I'll sing your praises to anyone who needs your expertise!
