Didn’t use him for detailing, but used him for a U-haul trailer rental. He mentioned to drop it off at whatever time and message him, but what he failed to let me know was that I would be charged for an extra day for dropping it off after a certain time. I had to get in contact with U-Haul themselves to find out why I was charged an extra day because he refused to answer my calls and instead communicated through text, which is completely unprofessional. Very childish voice your opinion on the work they done his wife unfriended me as so did he. Wouldn't recommend not the best way to run a business. After paying 150 and it's still dirty inside AND the outside wasn't even washed. I guess because it was a full detail inside? Most everywhere else does at lease a courtesy wash on outside. I've used them before and was happy never again after how this family has treated and acted I have PM's if anyone would like to read!!
Thanks for the great detail job on my Newmar motor home. She really looks great. The headlights look like new. Very pleased with the results.
