The best I can tell you is get a written contract. We wanted move out clean. During the walk through she promised walls, bathrooms and kitchen etc. would be spotless. The "four person" crew was two people that worked three hours at best. The stove still had grease all over it. Not worth the price she quoted. Obviously, if you look at the response below, a written contract is needed. Then there is no question about what will and will not be done.
