I purchased a vehicle from Extreme Cars that experienced serious issues before the sale was even completed. During my initial test drive, the vehicle had a significant lack of power, engine warning lights activated, and I felt unsafe driving it out of the yard. Vehicle experienced serious faults during the test drive and again on the day of delivery, when it became undriveable and required NRMA assistance. NRMA documented the faults and advised the issue was not minor. At handover, I was given documents from the previous owner showing fault codes. NRMA later confirmed the same codes reappeared, along with additional faults. I rejected the vehicle during the cooling-off period due to safety concerns and unacceptable quality.
