Friendly and helpful
Was contacted 3 days after I checked out the vehicle, with "Drop by and see us". Rode by the location, which was 72 miles away from me and found it to be an office at the end of a shopping mall with no apparent inventory. The vehicle was parked outside by the curb.

This review has nothing to do with our car lot, we are located in the main rd of Augusta Ga ( Washington Rd ) Our car lot has a frontage over 900ft on Washington rd and a 1200 square ft building office and a parking lot for over 120 cars, obviously this review belong to somebody else or somebody is just trying to make us look bad.We have our own property and is not located in a shopping mall.
This dealer contacted me immediately . However, I had two vehicles that I was considering on CarGurus and I checked on another one first and bought that one .
This dealer was extremely helpful with a quick response.
They were really nice and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
The customer service was really good, communication was excellent. The descriptions of the vehicle were accurate and also they can provide extended warranty for a small amount compared to other dealers I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family
Very good. Car sold before we were able to buy it.
