We recently had XTrax come out and clean the carpet and the seats of our church pews. They did an exceptional job at an extremely reasonable rate. Their lead technician, Dakotah also reached out to me to let me know that we may have possibly had a roof leak that was leaving some water on one of our pew benches. This helped us to identify a problem that we might not have known we had until there was even more damage done. I consider this very much above and beyond Customer Service! We have a large two story home with a lot of area rugs. Two guy did a great job. They worked quickly and got it all done in just a few hours. We were ready to be quoted over a thousand dollars. Our quote was just a fraction of what we thought it was going to cost. The carpet feels all fluffed up like it’s twice as thick now.
Dakota was super respectful and professional. From the moment he walked in, he was optimistic and HONEST. He helped clean a couch we had been waiting 5 months to use. He was so focused on cleaning it as best as he could. A week later it still smells clean and it was well worth the $ for an entirely clean L sectional. Thank you guys! Will be using your service again in the future.
