Aviran is an absolute gem. He's such a good person- he came out in the rain and under the shelter of his umbrella, examined the gate panel and determined it was just a matter of resetting the gate by pushing a button. He didn't charge me anything, even though he made the trip on short notice in the rain. And he also told me that though the gate opener was not the best quality, there was no need to replace it just because it glitches sometimes in the rain.
