Avi is the best! He remains, stood fast in his delivery of excellent service. I see that I posted a glowing recommendation of him last November, saying that I would use him again if necessary. It turned out that for a different garage and a different problem, I called him on a Friday night and he responded and said he would be there in an hour. This is highly unusual in our current world. 5 Stars is not enough! From the very start, he showed up on time and was so kind and courteous. He didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs and fixed my gate flawlessly. He is genuinely such a great person, and you can instantly tell that he puts his heart into everything he does. I feel so lucky to have met him. Aviran was knowledgeable and fast. He delivered news I didn't want to hear-- our wooden garage door was warped and rotting and would need to be replaced. He answered our questions and helped us understand the process and literally a brand new door was up and running the next day. He's careful and thorough, just like the other reviewers say.
