We are very happy with Xtermco's service and have secured their services repeatedly for our house tenting and termite inspections. We recently had our house tented and the staff were very helpful with the scheduling around our needs and also followed up with reminder calls. The tenting crew was very friendly and professional.
We recently used Xtermco for our termite tenting in Kailua. Our coordinator was David Miyamoto. He, the staff in the office and the crew that tented were all great. They took care of our home with extra attention to our landscape. We had compared pricing with a few other companies and saved over $2000.00 with Xtermco. We were also given a 5-yr warranty. We are very satisfied and recommend their services.
Our house has been under the care of Xtermco over +25 years, we installed the Sentricon system and it took care of a ground termite colony as it is designed to. Derek Yoneoka of Xtermco has been with us every step of the way. We've referred Derek to many family and friends that needed termite or other pest control services and he's always come thru and provided excellent service. Xtermco is No Ka Oi!!
My family has been an Xtermco customer since 2014 and have been happy with our Sentricon system since we have not experienced ground termites (that's the point of the treatments right? to never see the bugs!) and also happy with the service. Each technician has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Xtermco is a great investment we've made to protect our main asset, our house!
This was our first time using Xtermco Inc. for house fumigation. David walked us through all the steps to prepare for the house tenting. Once the crew arrived for the house tenting, they were able to answer some concerns I had.They were very professional and respectful of our property!
