I’ve been working with xtermco for 5 years and their service is great. They address any issues that come up and communication is timely. Raymond is great.
We have been a Xtermco Sentricon customer for over 25 years. That speaks for itself. It gives us peace of mind to know that our house is being monitored for ground termites.
Beware -- Xtermco is a self-acknowledged repeat offender of fraud. On 4/12/25 I was surprised how quickly Xtermco ground termite service checking Sentricon stations was finished. When I retrieved the paper copy report that was left, it said Xtermco had fixed some stations but found no termites... So I went to take a look. What an incredible easy and worry free process from start to finish! My family never had to worry about anything and everyone we worked with at Xtermco was fantastic. They will be the only ones I trust for years to come.
I have been using Xtermco since 2006 and have been 100% satisfied with their services. I initially chose them after they performed a big job for my then-employer, Bishop Museum (I retired from the museum 8 years ago now) and I saw what a good job they did. The museum entomologists were impressed by their entomological knowledge. I have been a loyal customer ever since--for Sentricon system maintenance for ground termite protection as well as occasional tenting of our house for dry wood termites. Highly recommended!
