After they were finished replacing our roof, Steve B***, Project Manager, handed me a stuffed Pink Panther with a smile of pride for the work they had done. Xterior Solutions. I did have work done by them. The only thing you have to say is watch them closely. Due to the fact that their workers to hide things from the homeowner. Had siding done on my house. Had a clapper board taken off my home and insulated and have them replace the plywood. One problem was their workers took off all the outside lighting. Your electric is old and outdated which is all pre existing. You had an electrician onsite to dismount and reinstall the multiple meters on this boarding house, but you chose to have us remove the old fixtures for you. We were referred to Xterior Solutions & after vetting 2 other roofers we are so glad to have chosen them for our roof and gutters. The entire company was very professional and easy to communicate with at all stages of the process. Every Single Roofer was Wonderful: Foreman Manuel who came alone the day before to clean snow off the roof and: Fabian, Victor, Miguel, Danny, Gordo, Jose & Inti. They were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Cleaned up and made sure all work was done correctly. PM Steve was excellent and ensured everything was done to our liking. We would definitely recommend them for any project!

The best contractor and crew I have ever had. All appointments were on time, initial estimate presented clearly. Supervisor called ahead of time with work schedule. Crew and materials arrived as predicted. Because of weather forcast, crew worked to finish in a timely manner. Cleanup of worksite was phenomenal. You can't expect more than this, great business.
High quality work, materials and service. I have nothing but praise for Xterior Solutions management and the installers. There were enough workers to replace our roof and they all were highly skilled. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at how tight our job looked after it was done. And when the weather forecast changed they stepped up and finished a day earlier than expected. I would recommend these guys and I would use them again.
