I want to start off by saying DON’T GO TO THE HAIRSTYLIST ESTHER. Due to my main hairstylist being in the hospital I had to improvise. My friend referred me to Esther and so, with no other options I booked an appointment with her. If you had told be that I would be in this predicament now I would’ve never booked to begin with. When I arrive to the store, Esther begins to do my hair and mind you there is no mirror in front of me so I am 100% blind and unaware of what she is doing to my hair. I booked my appointment a week ahead and the day of my appointment she said she was doing someone else’s hair and I had to reschedule to later that day . So I drove an hour from where I live and she told me “maybe tomorrow” SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
