This shop was part of my itinerary for our weekend visit to Portland. What a beautiful collection of vintage wear. Sad that I'm not closer, good for my wallet, however! I'll be back!
With 5 days before my wedding, the lovely dress I bought at English Department/Xtabay wasruined at the dry cleaner! Horrors!! The owner Annie, even while on vacation, got my dress replaced before my wedding and saved the day! Can't say enough nice things, they are wonderful!
