Today the women's bathroom was filthy - overflowing garbage cans, trash on the ground, and destroyed stalls. I walked up to tell someone, and two girls were braiding each other's hair while the manager ignored me to socially chat with another employee. This is pretty much the norm. Hated it! Agreed to four sessions with a trainer and I agreed solely because I was going to be billed in payments. I stressed I would be moving therefore the only reason I agreed was because of the payment plan. Well to my surprise on moving day Xsport took the whole payment out of my account adding to an already stressful move. I go in today and ask for a full refund since I didn't use any of the sessions and they said they could not refund me my money.
