There very push when using their training session . The package for the training session are Pretty expensive. When I wanted change my Trainer the new trainer didn’t want to train me bc I was not Committed to buy more sessions .
This place is a dump and management is not responsive to complaints. Locks on lockers for months at a time. When TVs work they only have 4 channels. Broken equipment. Rafters are black with dust that hasn't been cleaned since they opened. Don't bother calling corporate for help, they don't report back to the location. Staff showing each other videos on their phones instead of working. This will only get worse with the expansion.

this location is small but they usually keep up with everything. it sucks some of the equipment is not as updated as the location by the mall, but it fills that gap for me considering its location
staff is too pushy, always trying to sell you stuff instead of caring about the customer and helping improve your workout. front desk staff is completely useless most of the time not to mention the locker room and showers are typically filthy
Danielle Chikeles is my trainer and one of the big reasons I love this gym as well as the staff. Very cool and friendly.
