A friend and I signed up for personal training to work with a specific trainer. This trainer was the fired for other reasons. Mylo, the manager directed us to customer (dis)service to get a refund and said if they called him, he would recommend we get our money back. While on the phone with customer service (and being on hold for an hour, 2 different times) they called Mylo who claimed he only told us it would be impossible to get a refund. This company has the worst business model and I regret the day I signed up.
Great gym but go early! 5:30pm Zumba class with Virtie is the bomb!
General manager is horrible, rude, and does not care about the customers!
