I love the gym! The staff is amazing and the gym is always clean and upbeat. I do personal training with Adam and he is by far the reason I have continued working out and getting healthy. In the astonishing I have never stuck with it but with Adam and xsport fitness Woobridge I look forward to going to the gym:)
The gym is set up decent when it is peek hours, but sucks @$$ for the late night sessions. For the second night in a row, there are Dumbbells scattered all over the gym, dirty sweat wipes all over the place, and some POS stole my wife's water bottle when she wasn't looking. Also, they have a big American flag hanging near the cardio. When I pass on to at least 3 workers in a 2 week time span to clean the dust off of it, make it happen. Might be time to start looking for a new gym.....
Yesterday was my first time attending a spin class and I love it. Gina the instructor was awesome. I was so impressed with the class I went back this morning for the RPM class with Jenn. She was amazing as well.
Weight section is over crowded in the evenings. I have asked for barbell clips a million times to be able to use the weights in the fitness room. Still no barbell clips available. People come in the fitness room and turn there music on the loud speakers and hang out. Being a female at this gym is hard if it wasn't for being 24 hrs I would have been left but I'm am about to look elsewhere.
For a great workout this gym is all you need . Cheap membership and leisure to bring a guest comes with the membership . They made it easy for me to work out by creating an environment driven by others who also have the desire to get right . Great all the way around
