I enjoy the gym.I lost over 100 pounds in 2015 and still maintaining at the gym.The staff is friendly!
The staff is just as important as the members. Zero complaints I get motivated everytime. Last time I was there I had a cut on my finger from earlier in the day and right before my workout it started to bleed. So I was upset because I felt I should go home. Although it was a minor paper cut didn't want to get it on any equipment. I asked the front desk associate if they had a first aid kit. They did and so I washed my finger and was so happy to get a workout because its hard to make time and each workout is so important to m... read more
