I signed up a membership on 11/7/2019 with Max, he lied to me about the cost of the membership. For 2 months I was mis-charged. I finally went through customer service trying to fix all the issues I had. Derrick said he’d order the paperwork to get to the bottom of the issue. When I sent Derrick my copy of the paperwork, Derrick cancelled my membership and refunded me the money I was charged, rather than honor what was told to me when I signed up.
