My Facebook is @Tekela Rucker... Just felt to lazy to get on it but I liked the center. Unfortunately the cancelation process is a hassle and very 1980s. I canceled my debit card in fear that they will continue to remove money from my account (as they did other customers). You guys need a more up to date canceling process.
Poor customer service isn't even close to how these employees act. They are to busy hitting on costumes, and the trainers care more about their conversations and working out than help answer questions. May head to another XSport if the service continues to decline.
