Awsome fitness center...great place! Great staff and facilities.
I joined this club almost 2 yrs ago. I signed up for the buy 1 yr get the next yr free. They should continue that Special for members as well. I love that the club is less than 10mins from me. My then co-worker invited me to a 6am cycling class on Tuesday and Thursday, Instructor Linda Matthews is a BEAST! She keeps you motivated with her energy and up beat music. She has me hooked, line and cycling my ass off. I took her 9a Boot camp class on Monday for the first time and nearly died. Geez! I wouldn't have it any other way ... read more
