Awful spa experience then regional manager said she wanted to know what happened and now she's no where to be found either. Bad service, no response and no refund, thanks for nothing xsport!

This gym is a joke along with their sales team. Don't give up any payment information upfront unless you're 100% sure you are going to join. Otherwise, after you tell them you are NOT going to be joining them they will charge you $375. I had to call the bank because x sport didn't want to call me back to settle this. Luckily for that gym my bank cancelled the transaction with no problem.

They really need to fix the machines the equipment is breaking. Corporate office should be told about this honestly. I am going to call them and let them know. And their should not be a basket ball court to many fights. It's a beautiful gym please don't make it a run down gym. Please and I hope someone reads this. . Thank you .

When equipment breaks it takes forever to fix it lately. Members do their job and tell the desk and yet things remain broken. Someone should do a walk through and look at the machines. I would be happy to take a staff person around. Xsport get it together!
