Good place to get a workout steam jacuzzi and a tan all in one
Staff doesn't care about that the equipment is maintained, that the weights are placed back, where they should, I know that people using free weights are ultimately the responsible one's to put them back. But that never happens. The staff would walk threw there, putting weights back, but that doesn't happen anymore like it should. Seems they just care about selling memberships, and personal training.
Customer service at this location is terrible. Will be writing to cancel my monthly membership
I have been a member at this location for more than 8 years. With that said every year it seems to get worse. I have emailed corporate endless times and they blow all complaints off. Just look at the equipment, I was there yesterday on the stair master one of them was out of order and another's steps are full of cracks and holes completely unstable. I let the front desk know but I'm sure nothing will change.
I love the stuff, my trainer and how clean this location is.
