The elevators are playing a constant game of who will breakdown, the equipment will remain broken for at least two months before being fixed, and of the four water fountains on the floor of the gym only one is working. That’s not even touching the locker rooms.

they screwed up my billing and still haven't resolved it. it's been going on for over11 months now! I would never go back! I'm definitely going to the media and again to the BBB if it's not resolved immediately

Recommendedhey if anyone needs a push to get healthy & fit XSport Trainers will help you with that. The workouts are hard but it will be Glory at the end No pain No Gain
This location is dirty. I usually arrive about 4:30am and the ladies locker room is always disgusting. There’s usually paper towels everywhere and the trash bins overflowing. The building should be shut down and every machine should be thoroughly scrubbed. The only reason I go there is because of the convenience early in the morning otherwise, I’d always go to the Lansing Planet Fitness which is extremely clean.
