I moved recently and after years of membership called to cancel. The local office said they could only cancel if I came in, which has nothing to do with service and everything to do with a hard sell. They said the only other way to terminate my contract was to call an 800 number. So I called. I followed the prompts to cancel and was placed on a 23 minute hold (at 10:30 on a Tuesday...). Not as nice as Xsports full service gym, staff not very friendly or helpful.
Friendly staff, good equipment, cost effective, good trainers, been going there for years. Keep it up guys
