I went to Xpectical ( ridiculous name, but ) after "See Eyeware" in Gtown did my exam and when trying to put new lenses in my former frames, they broke…..digruntled, I went to XSpec. I just basically picked a name out of the hat. His office was closer to my house than Gtown. I got a great pair of frames that I liked and it was fine. Gotta say that I often went in for "adjustment" to try to get them comfortable on my ears and temples. I was literally 8 minutes late for my appointment (8 minutes... not 10, not 20, not 30... 8!) and I was told that the doctor had "left for the day." First of all, I have been going to them for the past 3 years, so I am a loyal and valuable customer. Second of all, they have my number and didn't feel the need to call me to tell me my doctor had left and wasn't coming back for my appointment!
