XS is a great shop; Matt is the only one there that has done work for me and he is absolutely amazing. From looking through the other artists portfolios they all seem to do great work. While there the entire staff; shop workers and other artists, make your experience as comfortable as possible. The only complaint I have heard is that they are rather expensive; but it is worth every penny, and as the great Sailor Jerry always said "Good work ain't cheap; and cheap work ain't good".
