I had an appointment in May, I called in June couple if times to pay my bill. They won't pickup the phone. I didn't receive a bill from them. Then when I got the bill it was in collection. What is wrong with your billing dept. ? You should not send a bill to collection if you never sent out a bill to being with.
I do not recommend their services. Both the clinical care and billing office were awful. Dr. Chaffey was excellent, hence 2 stars instead of one. Other than her, it was a waste of 11k and time. They created a great deal of unnecessary stress and are desensitized to patient care.
