Julio is very professional and knowledgeable. This is a great service especially if you are trying to get fit and healthy. Very accurate information. The information you receive takes all the guess work out of calories YOUR body needs to lose, maintain, or gain weight. Plus it's great to have as an accurate review of your before and after body when starting a diet and exercise routine.

Julio is prompt, knows his business, and the imaging/data is simple and quick. As one of the other reviewers remarked, you really don't know what you don't measure. Also, there are a lot of us who seem reasonably fit in the mirror's reflection, but have visceral fat or poor/marginal bone density--neither of which announce themselves in the mirror. This is a nice service for El Paso and it is not expensive considering the importance of the information--much cheaper than an ER visit or hospitalization!
Julio and his state-of-the-art medical equipment make it easy for our team of health coaches at Trinity Health Coaching to help our clients lose fat. Yes, it is true-- "That which is measured gets managed." Without this information 99% of our clients lose much muscle along with some fat. But with this information on each client we health coaches know how to help clients lose FAT only--not "weight" which is normally muscle too. Julio is professional and his equipment is spot-on accurate!
