Very quick DEXA scan. Julio is very thorough with his explanation. Will definitely recommend it if you want to know more about your body composition. Even better before some diet and/or training to see the results on the follow up scan.
Awesome way to follow up on how you’re doing fitness-wise! Without these scans, I think I’d be much more discouraged about my fitness, but to see actual change instead of just relying on a scale has been so much more encouraging and let’s me know all my working out has been paying off!

We love this place! As BodyBuilders it was really important for us to get to know places in our body that are not symmetrical and can improve. We’re going to be going every 4 weeks to watch our body fat percentages and bone density to make sure we’re getting all the necessary nutrients to stay healthy!
