Had two hours to kill at SFO. Asked to have a facial done. They said no one one the staff knew how to do one. They only wanted to do Mani/Pedis.
What a total circus! First of all, they don’t actually offer what they claim to on their spa service menu. I asked for a full body massage—nope. A table massage? nope. Can I get them later? Nope. Then I finally found something they offer, but they don’t take appointments and said they’d call me. They never called. So I went back and they said they had all these people before me.
