Great Employees – I love this place the guys all there including the cashier are always nice and my whole family takes there vehicles here. I have read some of these postings and its amazing how people when they don't get there way make lies up! everyone out there get your car serviced here and ask for Chris, Harold or Mark these guys are the best. They do all kinds of repairs and maint. Keep up the great work men!

Do not go to this shop! Please keep driving and don't stop here! We have been going here for years and will never go back. I recently had to have an alternator installed and a new battery. When I picked up the car they had broken the knob off the radio and not said anything or tried to fix it. I immediately went back and they glued it. BOYCOTT THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS! – Went here and they had a long line ahead of me. The guy that took my information down while I was waiting was the biggest jerk I have met. He got really rude with me when I asked what the expected wait time was. He put the flyer under my windshield wiper and then stalked off. After they took a customer into the bay who drove up AFTER ME I decided to go elsewhere for my oil change. When I drove away the flyer came off my window and landed in the parking lot. Closing early for Superbowl= Unprofessional Have been going there for 6 years and have found the service to be "fine." I was very annoyed today to show up at 2:30 pm on Sunday (Superbowl Sunday) and I was told the wait would be about 45 min.(not annoyed by the wait, but what followed). YIKES I always use Xpresso lube for my oil changes and other car needs but after today I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere. I was quoted $500 for new brake pads and rotars and when I asked how we could do it for cheaper it was dropped to $306. I was under the assumption that I would be getting new rear rotars and four new brake pads. Instead I was charged $306.00 for four new brake pads. $210.00 of that was for an HOUR of labor. Xpresso Lube is misleading their customers When I went to this shop for an oil change for the first time, the mechanic convinced me that I should switch from conventional oil to synthetic. He told me that it would significantly improve the gas mileage. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The fuel consumption did not change by any noticeable degree. BEST SHOP AROUND XPresso lube/Cedar mill auto repair are very honest dealing with customers. I have listened to conversations and am very pleased how the staff presents additional work needed. The repair side has ASE certified techs and do a great job! My brakes are better than ever and i am getting better gas mileage with the fuel injection service that was performed. Would recommend the lube and repair shop to everyone! Keep up the great work guys!
