I tell you what!!!!!!!!!!! This Place should be shut down. I dropped my phone off two fridays ago and i have been calling up there every other day. No one knows where my phone is. The lumberton office and Bragg office. Poor customer service.
Went and paid my phone bill total of $102.00 Dollars including the late fees a week later call back to activate my internet and they say they were going to call me back never heard of them call then 2 more times after that and they told me the same thing and went the hole entired month with no internet and did hear a word from them they have bad service and the plans they got with red pocket is over price it is Better to pay ur bill at redpockets own web site way cheaper and for the same plan no tax or late feeds ...
