I Paid My Money, Why No Service On My Phone?? Very Bad Business. 12 hours later, still no service...
Best cell phone repair in town! I dropped my iphone off and it was fixed in like 40 minutes. Very professional environment. I went somewhere else before and I am just thankful that I found xpress wireless. I won't ever let anyone repair my phone except them. If you need your phone repaired. Go to them. They do it fast and right!
Mannnn these guys are the plug!!!! T-Mobile had blocked my phone because I was on a family plan and the people I was with didn't pay their bill. I went to the store and talked to Max and he unlocked my phone and switched it to their prepaid AT&T service and got my phone back up and running with no issues and now I'm on my own plan. If you are looking for a place to get your phone up and running without any hassle go see Max.

Max is truly the best at what he does! Anytime I need help with my phone he always fixes it. I wouldn't go anywhere else even if It was free. He's got a customer for life out of me.
Horrible Customer Service!!! Even though our bill is paid on time every month they still cut it off! And when we call to have out service turned back on, the male associate that works there always acts like a diva and is extremely rude and hangs the phone up on us! DO NOT use this phone company!

My experience with Xpress Wireless has been outstanding! I really appreciate the customer service given to me by a young man named Hollywood. He is an outstanding employee and always goes that extra mile to assist me with any problems that I may have with my phone or tge servuce. I don't know if they recognize their employees with things like "Employee Of The month" or awards but if they do he would be the employee I would vote for if I was employee for Xpress Wireless.
