Horrible horrible horrible I recently did a barter with Mr. Murphy and it was the worst decision Iâve made in some time. We received a system from him that has been a royal pain in the a*s ever since it was installed! Kudos to Company 7-27-2013 I contacted Xpress Protection Security Solutions and Dave Murphy met me at my home in central Phoenix. Have been having neighborhood problems and needed to have some type of security. We (my husband and I are elderly) First thing was the fact that ALL employees are background checked (i.e. FBI) which gave me peace of mind. Outstanding Customer Service and Support My business was broken into on a Saturday evening and it was devastating. Unfortunately, I did not have a DVR connected to the security camera in the lobby. Great customer service! In theory, all security systems are equal. At least that's what I though before Dave walked me through all of the varying options for video surveillance at my business. Dave spent time with me and helped me to make the decision that was most affordable, but offered the highest level of protection. Customer service was really more than I expected. I'd recommend any business with a security need consult with Dave before making a decision!
