I recently took my boyfriend's truck to get an oil change. Truck was starting fine before the oil change. I was sitting in the waiting room and heard a loud noise it was them slamming the hood down on truck even the customer in the waiting room was shocked. We performed an oil change on this vehicle. Vehicle started & ran after oil change. After closing the hood, the vehicle would not start. After unsuccessfully trying to jump start. We told the customer it would not start, we are not a repair ***** ***** needed to have it towed. Then the vehicle would not go into neutral for us to roll. They gave me a price of $32.95 for an oil change but after putting all these hidden costs in it went up to $43... I told them this was as much as Jiffy Lube and I was looking for a cheaper price... at least Jiffy Lube is honest about the price right from the beginning...
