Best service I’ve had doing an oil change, phenomenal service, the managers over seeing everything is going right. The techs go out of their way to check the filters and coolant. I recommend Havoline Xpress to anyone who wants a perfect oil change
I had a great experience at this Havoline Express Lube location on Charlotte Hwy. I came in for a routine oil change, after leaving I went to the Lowes across the street and noticed oil leaking from my vehicle. I returned to the shop, and the manager, Anthony, immediately inspected my vehicle. After a thorough review, he determined the oil filter housing seal needed to be replaced. The people were very respectful! I was not pushed for any extras like air filters or differential service. Was told I had a minor transmission leak that I was aware of. I appreciate the attention to details they showed!
